CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TEAM


Geoff Hall, CEO
Geoff Hall joined PWC as VP of Sales and Marketing in October of 2010. Previously, Geoff spent 15 years in a variety of leadership positions in the medical device industry, including 10+ years at Medtronic, where he most recently served as VP of Corporate Sales and Strategic Pricing in the Spinal and Biologics business. Geoff is the newest member of the PWC leadership team, and holds a B.S. in Physical Science (Chemistry/Physics) from the University of Memphis.

Brian Kirby, Vice President of Customer Engineering
Brian Kirby is one of PWC’s original founders and has directed the development of the company’s manufacturing technology necessary to meet customer demands. He currently leads all activity in Technical Sales and Customer Engineering. Prior to his 17 years in the medical device industry, Brian earned a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and an M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

Elizabeth Acevedo M, Director of Sales Operations and Account Management
Elizabeth Acevedo has 13 years of medical device industry experience and was one of PWC’s first employees. She has an extensive track record in component manufacturing, quality assurance, and sales. Most recently, Elizabeth opened PWC’s new manufacturing facility in Heredia, Costa Rica, where she served 3 years as Director of Operations. In her current role, Elizabeth directs all customer service and account management globally for PWC customers.

James L. Mitchell, Vice President of Operations
Jim joined PWC in January 2006 with over 25 years of prior manufacturing experience, predominantly in the manufacture of high tolerance investment castings for the aerospace and medical markets. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts and is a graduate of General Electric's Manufacturing Management Program. He leads manufacturing and engineering for U.S. and Costa Rica facilities.

Robert (Bob) Condie, Vice President of Quality Assurance
Bob Condie oversees all quality assurance and quality control activity. He is one of the original founders of PWC and served in a variety of leadership roles during the company’s formative years. He has been in the medical device industry for 20+ years and is a member of the American Society for Quality. Bob has a B.A. in Business Administration from Lycoming College and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Jon Jost, Chief Financial Officer
As one of PWC’s first employees and former Inside Sales Manager, Jon Jost now directs all PWC financial, administrative, and IT activity. He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, and has 12 years of medical device industry experience. Before joining PWC, Jon was a Commercial Loan Officer with U.S. Bank.  He holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon and a Post Baccalaureate Accounting Certificate from Portland State University.

Trish Hennon, Vice President of Human Resources
Trish Hennon directs all human resource activity for PWC, including training and safety. She has 9 years of medical device industry experience, and is a member of SHRM. Before joining PWC, Trish was an HR generalist in the retail clothing industry and holds a B.A. in Social Science from the University of California at Berkeley.

 

COSTA RICA FACILITY

Marco Castro Badilla, General Manager
Marco joined PWC in July 2010, bringing more than 20 years of manufacturing experience and a wide variety of prior leadership roles, most recently as General Manager of Microtechnologies, a division of the Micro Group.  Marco is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters Degree in Finance. He is also certified in Production and Inventory Management by the American Inventory and Production Control Society.
