MANAGEMENT TEAM
Robert (Todd) Hill, President
A licensed Professional Engineer and member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Todd Hill leads and directs all PWC corporate activity. He came to PWC in the fall of 2003 after serving many years as President and CEO of the Anthony-Ross Company, a leader in combustion air systems for the Pulp & Paper Industry. Todd has a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Oregon, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University.
Brian Kirby, Vice President of Customer Engineering
Brian Kirby is one of PWC’s original founders and has directed the development of the company’s manufacturing technology necessary to meet customer demands. He directs all activity in Sales, Customer Engineering, and R&D. Prior to his 11 years in the medical wire components industry, Brian earned a B.S. in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and an M.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
James L. Mitchell,
Director of Operations
Jim recently joined PWC in January 2006 with
over 25 years of manufacturing experience. His most
relevant experience came in the manufacture of high
tolerance investment castings for the aerospace and
medical industries. He holds a B.S. in Industrial
Engineering and Operations Research from the
University of Massachusetts and is a graduate of
General Electric's Manufacturing Management Program.
He leads manufacturing, production process
engineering, and facilities maintenance for PWC.
Robert (Bob) Condie, Director of Quality Assurance
Bob Condie oversees all quality assurance and quality control activity. He is a founder of PWC and formerly served as the company’s Production Manager. He is a member of the American Society for Quality and has been in the medical device industry for 12 years. Bob has a B.A. in Business Administration from Lycoming College and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado.
Jon Jost, Chief Financial Officer
As one of PWC’s first employees and former
Inside Sales Manager, Jon Jost now directs all
PWC financial, administrative, and IT activity.
He is a member of the Institute of Management
Accountants, and has 10 years of medical device
industry experience. Before joining PWC, Jon was
a Commercial Loan Officer with U.S. Bank. He
holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of
Oregon and a Post
Baccalaureate Accounting Certificate from
Portland State University.
Trish McNamara, Human
Resource Director
Trish McNamara directs all human
resource activity for PWC, including training.
She has six years of medical device industry experience, and is a member of SHRM. Before joining PWC, Trish was an HR generalist in the retail clothing industry for seven years. She has a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
